Terms of service

1. Who we are

Samtaro Security is provided by Samtaro group Artificial Intelligence Solutions W.L.L. (C.R. 252253, Qatar), "we".

2. Authorisation and verification

You may only request scans of domains you own or are authorised in writing by the owner to have scanned. By ticking the consent box you confirm this; we log the confirmation with the time, your IP address and any email you give. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from a request you were not authorised to make.

Before a paid scan, and before any check of common sensitive file paths, the domain owner must verify control by a DNS TXT record, a file at /.well-known/samtaro-verify.txt, or a reply from an administrative email address at the domain. We don't scan government or state-affiliated domains without verified owner consent.

2a. How we scan

Scans are passive and rate-limited, use the User-Agent described on our scanner page, and respect robots.txt opt-outs. Sensitive-path checks test existence only (HTTP status); we never download, read or store their contents. We never publish results about named websites; reports go only to the verified requester.

3. Nature of the service

Automated scan of publicly visible website signals. Not legal advice, not a security audit or penetration test. Our services are automated, passive technical checks of publicly accessible website and DNS information. They are not legal advice, a penetration test, an audit opinion or a certification of compliance with any law or standard.

4. Free scan

Provided as is, without warranty, for indicative information. Don't use it to scan third-party sites or to overload any service.

5. Paid services, fees and payment

Scope and price are confirmed in writing before work. One-off reports are payable in advance; monitoring is billed monthly or annually in advance and can be cancelled before the next period. Prices are shown in QAR and EUR, exclusive of any applicable taxes.

6. Delivery and re-scan

Target turnaround is three business days after verification and payment. One re-scan within 30 days is included with the Full Scan Report.

7. Refunds

If we can't start the work, we refund in full. Once a report is delivered, fees are non-refundable, but we will correct any factual errors in our findings.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect loss. Results reflect the state of the site at the time of the check.

9. Confidentiality

We keep reports and client information confidential and use them only to deliver the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
